We have assisted many families meet the quality care and assistance suited to their needs and have provided candidates with strong language skills and a genuine interest in children.

Since many of our staff have themselves worked as either a Nanny or an Au-pair are therefore sympathetic both to your needs and to the expectations of your Candidate.

When you register with us, you will receive complete files of suitable candidates which include the following:

-Candidates personal application form
-Childcare references
-Medical check
-Criminal record check
-Photographs of the Candidate
-Interview report

We would prefer to submit details of just 2 or 3 suitable candidates, rather than details of 5 or more that are inappropriate, and it is this attention to detail that ensures that we have an excellent success rate in the matching of Families and Candidates.
